• Service not as described: If the purchased service does not match the specifications listed at the time of purchase, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours after notification.
• Duplicate payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• You change your mind after ordering.
• You experience performance issues due to limitations of your own software or internet connection.
• You purchase a server for a game or modpack that is incompatible with our platform, unless explicitly stated as supported.
